  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details.

  • Subscriptions, if offered, may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our posted policies. Unless otherwise stated, payments for coaching sessions, packages, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If you cancel a coaching session with sufficient notice (48 hours), you may be eligible to reschedule.

4. Changes to Services and Pricing

We may modify or discontinue services, update pricing, or revise features at our discretion. Notice of material changes will be posted on the Site or sent to you via email.

5. Accounts and Credentials

If you create an account (e.g., on Mighty Networks for community access), you must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login details, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

6. User Content

  • Any content you submit (e.g., comments, testimonials, posts in community platforms) remains your property.

  • By submitting content, you grant Oliveyah Fisch Consulting a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services, provided we respect your privacy.

7. Third-Party Tools and Services

We integrate with third-party providers. By using our Site and services, you also agree to comply with their terms:

  • Stripe (payments)

  • Mailchimp (emails/newsletters)

  • Zoom (virtual coaching sessions)

  • Google Analytics (website usage tracking)

  • Mighty Networks (community hosting)

We are not responsible for their services, policies, or actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, videos, and materials provided during coaching — is owned by or licensed to Oliveyah Fisch Consulting, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without prior written permission.

  • Coaching is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such matters.

  • We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Results vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oliveyah Fisch Consulting, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

11. Indemnification
